new 07 seadoo rxp

hi, i have a rxp i have just put 5 hours on it i have notice it rattles awfully bad. is this common during break in period? I have never owned a jet ski before though i have rode them all my life.please help any information possible will greatly be appriceated thanks.

There should be NO rattle on that thing while in the water. On the trailer, you will hear the pump rattle/clang and that is normal.

You should not have any rattles, What area do you hear the noise from? Motor or pump.

it is comming from the motor and it does it at about 36 if i remember correctly i hope that i am breaking it in correctly but never the less it did from the start so it cant be anything i did and i bought the 3 year warrenty. i have varied my speeds wit very little vast acceleraction

Any problems I,ve had in the past with sea-doo 4 tec rattling came from exhaust systems, Mainly broken baffles in the waterbox. Check it out. Remember, your still in warrantee
