You need to isolate where it's coming from. Does it happen at ALL RPM ranges? Hot, Cold?

My thought is the jet drive. It makes the noise at all rpms. It's louder with the seats on and the faster you go. The seadoo seems to have more horepower its weard. I have'nt checked the oil in the nose cone.

I would pull the pump and inspect from there. If the oil is white/milky then you have water intrusion and most likely need to rebuild your pump.

Do you know if the engine crankcase oil return line should be full of oil all the way back in to the oil supply tank ? The supply line looks full but the last 10 inches of return line is empty.

It should be full, but the fact that it's not is not a huge concern. It's a rotary bath, with very little oil circulation.

            Is your oil tank full?

Yes Would the crank case make a whinning noise ? The noise started after the sedoo had been turned over in the water. It was turn back over the right way. It would,nt start untill the next day.

Yes, it could. Your crank bearings could be seized up and spinning in the journals.

Wouldn't that require the 3.5mm dowel pins on the bearings to shear off first? It sounds more to me like the RV oil cavity is airbound...or the jet pump/driveline has an issue.
