so i bought a 04 sea-doo gtx in sept 08 and did not use it i was to busy how ever im new to this and i didnt know i had to winterize. it was in the garage all winter should not have got below freezing what should i do how messed up will it be.

I don't think you will have any serious problems, a good thing is to pop the seat rotate it or remove so engine compartment can breath and dry out to reduce any oxidation that may occur on all the aluminum inside all winter long.
I didn't winterize my GTX also this winter, I was planning on removing the engine anyhow in the spring which I did, everything outside the engine was OK, I'm sure the engine is fine also.
The minimum you should do is quick start to blow the water line, pull bat., fog cylinders, fog a bit outside of aluminum engine, allow to breath all winter long, treat gas to stabilize.Last edited by nazrin; 04-29-2009, 10:48 AM. -

You should be fine, remove the battery and charge it, Do an oil change and filter and put new plugs in it.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
