i have a new to me 2005 seadoo sportster with 4 tec supercharged. short version is the motor was trashed, metal in oil etc. it did crank and run. i purchased a rebuilt motor. i rebuilt the pumps, etc and put motor together. put in boat. it will turn over but not start. it is getting fuel. wiring all seems fine and it did work before with old motor and parts nothing else chnged out. now i am getting 4 short beeps after the initial 2, which i dont think was doing that before. the book says it is not in neutral. i have checked the neutral switch and even trying bypassing it and i get the same. my understanding is if not in neutral it doesnt even turn over which is what it does when not in neutral, but go to neutral or bypass switch then it turns over but does not start.
