Water flooded 97 xp

I need help, a friend of mine capsized my 97xp multiple times and tried to start it, after it wouldnt start he was towed back, approximately 45 minutes nothing was plugged. I got the sea doo home and cleared the water with the spark plugs removed it still wont start, what do i do?

MAke sure its got spark, Make sure all the water is out and get it running, you must get all the water out of the crankcases, also remove the counter balance shaft plug and get the water out of there as well and refill with recomended oil, and get it running!! QUICKLY!!! dont wait, do it NOW!!!!!!!!!

Otherwise the bearings will start to rust, it wont lock up real fast but the surface rust will start to wear the bearing races real fast!!!!
