96 GTX 787 Carb tuning ?

What should the Carbs be set at on this ski? Should I go any turns out on the high? Which is which anyway? Are the top adjusters high speed and botum low?

1-1/4 +/- 1/4 for the lows. Highs should be seated at 0.

The lows are the ones with the "T" handle. Highs usually have a cap on the top to only allow an adjustment of 1/4 turn.

took it out today.bogging out at 3/4 trottle.then a big *** wave ate me didnt die but i shut it off about 5 min later.now starter not engaging.

The owner of the ski put a sbt motor in.could he have put the rotory valve in wrong?

How long ago was the motor put in? Has it run right since you bought it?

no. bought sbt motor in october.it still will only go 30.im at 1/1-4 on the low speed i took the oil injection out. should i adj carb diff.
