i got this ski not long ago and it ran fine till i would have trouble starting it after it had been sitting in water for while at beach. i pulled plugs and found water on plugs its not enough water to hydro lock it though so i decided to replace the head orings and while i was there all the grey fuel lines and rebuild the carb kept the stock needle arm and spring as to not change pop off pressure . took it out and it runs ok on top end but no power out the hole i pulled plugs and still have water on plugs ..help are there any common problems that would cause this also let me say this was a fresh water ski before i got it a mont ago so it is very clean no corrosion or anything HELP
