electrical box

I have a sea doo sportster twin engine. Both my electrical boxes got water in them, I think due to a heavy rain. One engine seems to work fine, the other will work sometimes and just click other times when I try to start it. Does the whole box need to be replaced? Will it get better if it dries out?

Could be a starter relay.
