96 sea doo spi intermitten power issues

I have two twin 96 sea doo spi jet ski's , one runs fine the other jet ski, runs awesome for about 10-15 minutes wot after that is starts bogging down and then it will intermittenly stall out. But will start right back up, and will launch and climb up rpms to about half throttle. If it sits for about 2-5 minutes it will run fine fully power. Fuel tank has been drained, carburator filter and fuel filters cleaned plenty of fuel, and compression. What gives, cdi box, or pickup at flywheel going out . Anyone run into this before.

Fuel tank vent? Next time it starts to bog out, open the gas cap and run it with no cap.. See if that fixes the problem.
