How do you go about replacing the in-line oil filter for the oil injection? Thanks

snip the two zip ties holding it in place, remove the old filter. Put in new filter (watch the arrow on the filter, should be pointing towards the motor), re-zip tie... done

Should you try to pre load the oil filter with oil ?

couldn't hurt, or, just let it gravity drain into the filter before you hook up the lower line
