94 gtx water in engine

Hello all. I have a 1994 gtx and ended up getting water in the engine. I pulled the plugs and blew the water out. I then reinstalled the plugs, started it, and ran the ski at various speeds for about 15 minutes. Everything seems to be fine. Is there anything else I need to do?
