Looking for specific rebuilt SBT SEADOO RFI Break in instructions. The instructions I found exempt RFI, DI, and 4 stroke engines. Do I add oil with the gas or not?

no, you do not.
just make sure your oil pump is primed and all air bubbles are out of the lineDan Solie -
