Return Line Fitting on Carbs broke off

Guys,

I just finished putting my new SBT engine in my 98 GSX Ltd (951). While finishing up, the T fitting on top of the carb where the return line sits on one side and fuel in to the rear carb on the other side broke off. Is this a part that you can simply remove and replace? Where would you find it? Any other suggestions on how to fix this?
