2006 SeaDoo RXP SC replace motor mounts and align engine

Hi
I have a 2006 SeaDoo RXP SC. All 3 motor mounts were broken. I replaced all 3 and put the shims back in their original postion. I thought that after replacing the engine mounts the motor would need to be realign. I called the SeaDoo dealer service department was told that the newer Seadoos do not have to be align.
True?
False?
I would appreciate some input.

False, every engine should have the alignment checked when replacing the engine mounts, Don't use that dealer for any repairs.

Is there a method to aligning the engine or do I have to buy the alignment tool?
