Crank seal or oil pump?

I have a 2005 GTI Sea Doo small engine ( 717 ) with many many hours pulling tubes & scuffers. The Ski sat for a year and now my problem starts.
Took out the sparck plugs and cranked it. LOTS of oil came out of the plugs Took some parts off and found a puddle of oil in the exaust. Do I have an oil pump problem? or is the crank seals telling me something and if so are they serviceable?

sounds like inner crank seals are shot, its time to replace the crank or the motor.
