Rotary valve setting & pop off

I don't have a book for the 98 Sea Doo sporter 1800 boat, I need to know what to set the rotary valve on & what is the pop off for a single carb engine. Have an engine in from stb.

147 at the top and 65.5 at the bottom. A single carb 717 would be about 1-1/4 low and closed on the high but since its in a boat open up the high to 1/8-1/4

Thank you ! so what should the pop off pressure be ? in the 30ish
