Jet Pump Filling

On a 98 GTX RFI the manual calls for 3.4 U.S. Oz. of jet pump oil. It also says to fill it to the bottom of the filler hole. 3.4 Oz. of oil won't get it to the bottom of the filler hole. (level ski). What is the proper way to fill the pump? I just don't feel like 3.4 Oz. is enough oil since it is not at the bottom of the filler hole.

Fill it to the bottom.. Spin the prop, fill it some more... Pop the oil bubble in the hole, fill it some more.. repeat.

Thanks Dan!! Sounds more like it. Just fill till it won't hold anymore.
