On the Seadoos that have the cylinders leaning over like mine does (787 RFI) other than fogging the engine and adding antifreeze is there really a reason to add oil through the spark plug hole? It seems to me the oil would just run down to the lower side of the piston and would not effect the upper side.

Fogging the engine will coat the cylinders and crank, you dont have to put extra oil in the cylinders. Use fuel stabilizer in the fuel tank and disconnect the battery.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
