Maintenance flash warning- How can I reset?

I have been doing the winterizing and oil changes on my 2003 Seadoo GTX 4tec.
How can I reset the maintenance flash warning on every startup?
It does go out afer startup but would like to stop it.
Help.

Start it up, when maint is flashing, press and hold SET for 5 seconds.

Thanks for the tip but it keeps coming back.
I did press and hold SET for 5 secs and it goes away but reappears on the next startup.
Am I doing it wrong?

It should always come on briefly at start up, then disappear. Kind on like all the lights coming on in your car when you start it. Is that what is happening?

Yes.
At start up it comes on- flashes a few times and then dissapears.
Thought there might be a way to stop it entirely.

Nope, just the computer starting up. Is it an issue?
