Help!!!!!!!!!!!!_____

I have a 98 1800 sportster with twin 720 s . I have replaced the top end kit twice and they both continue to blow out the rings. The crank is fine any help will be appreciated

I guess I dont know exactly what blowing out the rings would be, can you explain better what is happening.
