96 GTX cavitation?

I just finished putting together a 96 GTX, lake tested it today, seems like I am getting a lot of cavitation from idle to full throttle, also when I am trying to turn hard? any ideas or leads?

Drive shaft and splines could be damaged and coupler.

Ok, Ill remove pump and check. What am I looking for on the coupler?. It only cavitates on initial full throttle.
