From your experience....what are the "common" problems of certain years and models that cause trouble???
So far my persepctive is DI's have lots of random problems with fuel, air and charging.
4-tecs obviously superchargers up to 2008 need to be rebuilt and if washers are gone, pull and flush the engine..
4 tec full of water pull the intake manifold and roll it over like a snail shell....
Also 4-tec 03-05? Oil Pressure sensor's can be faulty..
Another 4-tec is is ANY water is in the hull and its not charging, it could be the ECM, MPEM, Stator, Trigger, or Main Harness...
2-strokes not charging, usually its the Rectifier.......Full of water and flip them over, starting fluid good to go, etc..
And bad fuel due to flipping or whatever will cause trouble for sure so suck it out and start new...
