Will SBT accept this as a core?

I have a blown 787 engine from a '99 sea-doo challenger 1800. It lost a crank bearing due to injesting a piece of the rave valve on PTO side. I'd like to have SBT rebuild it, but my question is can the motor be a good core? Everything is in good shape and complete, except the broken guillotine and some small indentations on rave mounting surface PTO cylinder. I attached a photo to show damage, please let me know. Thanks

From what I see we would take it as a core.
