2004 seadoo gti le rfi sank need help!!!!

Ok here is the scoop let the wife take out the ski and she flipped it over and was un-able to right the jet ski so a boater assisted and towed the jet ski up-side down to shore. When i got the jet ski on the trailer the entire ski was full to the seat with water. Drained jet ski got it back home pulled the plugs out pumped al lthe water out of it. I got it to the point of where it will start if a spray starter fluid in the air box and will only run for a few seconds. Pulled fuel injectors and there firing and also when attempting to start the ski it beeps the entire time you hold the start stop button . Should I drain the oil resevior and the fuel and put fresh in it? Any help would be much appreciated Thanks.

Anything that may have water in it must be cleaned out, You may also have to remove the front flywheel cover and check for water damage to the stater and flywheel. Any of the electrical items in the ski can be damaged too at this point.
