Dealers only will carry flat rate manuals; a flat rate manual’s sole purpose is to provide a guide showing what the dealer is allowed to charge back to the manufacturer for warranty reimbursement while the craft is under warranty. Keep in mind it will not cover additional time to remove damaged/corroded hardware such as broken bolts, extracting studs and installing new thread inserts etc. and will not cover scraping gasket surfaces and the cleaning of all parts being reinstalled. Flat rate should not be used as a pricing guide on older models due to the unknown issues that will show up. Flat rate is also designed for factory trained technicians with experience on the product line they sell.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
