How much break in oil???

I am getting ready to start my SBT rebuilt engine. I do not know if the oil pump works. So how much SBT break-in oil should i add to 5 gallons of fresh non-ethanol gasoline.

40-1 is the best mix, it is 3.2 oz. of oil to every 1 gal of gas, just dont run wide open with heavy pre-mix's
