deleted oil pump

I have a 2001 seadoo gtx 951 motor that i just received from sbt.i installed the blockoff kit. Does the oil tank lines still have to be installed on the engine.here is why. I already have taken the oil tank out.certainly don't want to make a mistake and start engine if i have to have it connected.thanks

No, not on the 951, but any open nipple on the engine must be blocked off
