wont start 2001 seadoo gtx 951

just installed sbt 951 engine .I am ready to fire it up and she want crank. I am getting fire but I don't think im getting fuel .I haven't pulled the fuel line off yet and checked but that is my next step.I did rebuild the carbs but Im a novice at this so there is the possibly that i did something wrong.I don't think so but there is that possibility. What do i need to do if I am going flow to the carbs. Thanks

AS you can tell my English is terrible. I had the vent line connected to the carb instead of the fuel line.Imagine that .I got that straight now and the motor will start but want idle.How do you idle the carbs?
