No idea why you cant copy and paste but seeing as I'm unable to post a new thread as a new user I guess I'll post my question here and hope I can get an answer.
I'm working on an engine rebuild for (She tells me its this) 2007 Sea Doo Super Charged RXP 215 1815 CC's. Engine block says, "BRP-Rotax GmbH & Co. KG IMPORTANT ENGINE INFO; TYPE 1503 MADE IN AUSTRIA bore 3x100 stroke 63,4 mm capac: 1493.8 c. c. DATE OF ENGINE MANUFACTURE: 12/2006 Mot. Nr. M6579288"
Currently getting the cylinders oversized to either 0.5mm or 1mm and crank polished by machine shop so I don't quite know exactly which pistons I'm looking for but however looking around on SBT.com I'm not pleased with their website layout and description information on each product as far as ensuring your getting the right product for your machine and the details of the product. I'm primarily concerned with ordering and receiving incorrect items and setting my project behind. Unsure if "2007 Sea-Doo RXP BVIC Piston" or "2007 Sea-Doo RXP SC Piston" is my machine. Taking the current piston apart it says, "E ELKO 100-15-P"
If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. SBT.com has been the most reasonable price I've seen thus far but I am concerned with the accuracy of the limited information they provide on the product information and matching
