carb rebuild

do the needles and seats need to be replaced
in a carb rebuild.or just use the o-rings that go
onto the needles that are supplyed with the kit
work fine, I have a genuine mikuni parts kit and the needles and seats are no included.

N&S are never part of a rebuild kit. They needed to be changed as needed only.

If they have no grooves, and hold pressure correctly, yes.
