I am having trouble getting the watercraft to go past 1/3 throttle, just bored over new pistons and rings so compression is good new plugs, starts great runs great just won't go over 1/3 throttle. It has west coast pipe and head. Any suggestions would help 1993 seadoo sp, thank you

Carburetor pop off set to high? Not allowing needle and seat to open completely.

I have the pop off at 19 on each of them, how can I measure the vacuum off the motor, I also have a aftermarket rotary valve, would ther be anything with the timing?, thank you for getting back. Also what kind of compression gauge do you recommend to buy

Rotary valve timing could be off. Did you have it out? If not it would have to "jump" time. Meaning a rotary shaft gear going bad. We use Snap on gauges here, but Craftsman or other good name brand should work fine. I don't know what you trying to measure vacuum for.
