2008 RXT 215hp - blowing blue smoke
I have a 2008 RXT 215 with 155 hrs.
Oil was low and noticed blue smoke coming out of exhaust. Took off intake hose from super charger and there was oil in the tube. Which I believe meant replace supercharger since it was sucking oil and blowing into the cylinder(s). All the time it was running fine.
Replaced supercharger and did a Lube Oil Filter service with new plugs/oil etc.
Still blowing blue smoke out exhaust. Checked intake hose from supercharger and zero oil residue.
Thought maybe it was just residue left in exhaust from originally pushing oil thru.
Took back out for now a total of about 6hrs after replacing supercharger. Runs with zero problems like a bat out of hell but intermittently still blowing blue smoke (smells like oil burning). Seems to be worse when stopping after full speed....like a huge cloud of blue smoke when idling. Checked intake hose again from supercharger and still dry.
Doesn't seem to have any performance issues at all.
Can anyone give me some advice on what this might be?
