2008 speedster shift cable replacement

How difficult is it to replace a shift cable on a 2008 speedster? Any videos available?

it's not going to be fun, that's for sure.

speedster parts, well some are tough I give you about a 7 out of ten on finding one you can use somewhere.

its really important not to get frustrated. take alot of pictures of routing and be sure to have a helper

careful around the controls. really expensive

I've had the ball end welded back onto the cable if that's your issue.

you need a top line welder to pull it off.
