92 GTS started up but now wont start again.

I have a 92 GTS in great shape so I took it into a mechanic I found on craigslist to get serviced for the summer. Long story short I picked it up from him and took it to the lake. It started right up, even in the water everything seemed fine But as soon as I opened it up it started to bog down eventually stalling out. I ended up taking it back to the mechanic to find out what was going on and he said he had to rebuild the carb. When I got it home I decided to plug a hose in and flush it out So I started it up and started the hose...I got back to the ski and revved it once or twice and it bogged out. I haven't been able to get it started since.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there compression? and what are the numbers?
Is there spark? Is it a nice blue spark?

compression is about 140psi on both, Ive got a nice blue spark and after dumping some gas straight into the carb I got it to start but once the fuel burns off it stalls out...

Fuel delivery problem. Fuel lines plugged, fuel pump not pumping.
