Pls suggest perf mods for 95 GTX

Hello all. Awesome site, lots of info. My GTX was in hibernation for almost 6 years, tomorrow it goes to the dealer for resurrection. I almost passed out when I saw the prices for new jetskis so I'm gonna hang on to this one. Other than a ride plate and intake grate, what do you suggest so I can enjoy it a little more? (Other than riding it more than once every 6 years [img]smile.gif[/img] ) Thanks

I don't think there are any ride plates available, and what kind of water do you ride in that you need a scoop grate for it?

I would contact Bill at www.watercraftmagic.com - for a couple hundred bucks he can get you better accelleration and more top speed form flame arrestors and a jet kit. You could also have him cut your head for even more accelleration!

Thanks for the reply. I talked to some folks who said the same thing you did, no benefits from a new intake. The engine only has about 20 hours on it so I'll wait a while before bumping up the compression. Took 'er out for a little spin today, everything is cool, the fuel gauge doesn't work but the shop wanted $130 to fix it, I think I can do without.
