Re-torqing head

I have a 96 GTI 718 that has been rebuilt. I want to re-torque the heads. It has about 10 hours on it. What is the torque specs and what pattern do you use to re-torque.

11, then 22 ft. lbs. in a criss-cross, inside to outside pattern.
