  • 787 rfi water channel cover?

Test spec is 5 psi for 10 minutes, but operating water pressure can be around 50 psi.

The cooling cover isn't a very common place for it to leak, more common is the water regulator on the waterbox.

Is it safe to pressure test the water channel cover with the cover inlet and outlet lines?

If so, what pressure and how long should it hold?

I seam to have a leak and can’t find it. It only happens under load. And it isn't from the pump support or carbon ring.

      thanks
