  • Questions on Spray Deflectors for X-4 Hulls

OK, so I have a few extra pennies in my pocket, and want to try and keep the spray out of my eyes. A couple of questions for folks who know:

    1) I see a couple of different brands out there - does any one stand out, and why? Or are they pretty much the same?

    2) For an X-4 hull (95XP, 97SPX), do I want the 60 inch, or the 51 inch?

    3) Will the Sea-Doo cover still fit with the BSD in place? (it's elastic goes under the rub rail - want to make sure the BSD doesn't prevent that.)

    4) These skis are in great shape, but are getting older, and have seen a lot of salt water - should I anticipate any problems getting the rub rails off to install the BSD?

Thanks in advance to anyone that knows!

I have used jet rim and it is a durable products.

For that particular hull, eigther side will work just fine.

The cover will fit but not all the way around the front of the ski

The rivets used are aluminum and need to be drilled out to install it the new trim piece.
