new engine parts

I just recently put on my 97 xp a new cylender,new sloted raves and a new head.I was wondering why I am seeing small traces of smoke coming from that area,also it looks as if one rave is leaking a little oil,both bellows are newer too.I read that if you put in the newer sloted raves that the red caps needed to be all the way down?Also since this is a new cylender do I need to go through the break in processs again?

I fixed the the oily rave thing,my mechanic didnt tighten then down good enough must have gotten side tracked [img]/graemlins/angryfire.gif[/img] but I discovered a newer problem imagine that one of the allen bolts that connects the exhaust pipe to the cylendar is leaking water from it any ideas,the allen bolt is torqued tightly too,any ideas?

Make sure the gasket isn't torn.
