I think you will find that it is seeping out through the rotary valve shaft seal or one or both of the crankshaft seals. The oil level should change as the oil heats up and cools down, but you should not have to add oil each time you ride the boat. It will not hurt a thing as long as it just seeps a little.

Next time you need to work on the engine, replace the seals. In the meantime, enjoy the summer.
