rave valves

i cleaned my rave valves today and i noticed that they had some crude on them i wire wheeled them and put them back in, will i notice a diff how the ski runs, 96xp also if i do a fresh top end rebuild i was wondering if i would see an rpm increase my rpm is at 6520 with a rossier pipe, milled head, air filters and rejetted carbs, thanks

ski will run better with clean Raves.

Your RPMs seem quite low for your setup.
