Quick 951 assembly question

Where exactly on the cylinder studs do the o-rings go? Just beneath the head gasket?

I push then down as far as I can, although they will usually get to where they need to be on their own.

Poke them down into the holes so that they don't get pinched when you install the head. They are there to stop the studs from viberating too badly.
