Thanks tech support, i will pull the head today and let you know what i find.

If i find no damage, can i reuse the oring?
And do i have to re-torque in steps...13/25 ft lbs?

                      What were you turning?

Actually I would be concerened with the missing chunk.

This is still under warranty right? I can authorize you to pull the head for inspection - to see if you have any piston damage. If so we need to swap it with you.

So, whats the next step. Should i try it with the new valves, or should i yank the head for inspection?

                              Tech support.

Could me of riding it with that valve not working done that?

I mean i'm not out to screw you guys or anything, i would just like to know what would cause that to break.

And, whats the next step, can i yank the head, or just ride it until it seizes......just kidding.....LOL

See, i'm starting to get a sense of humor.

                                Tech Support,

I got the head off and i think i found the problem. The 2 orings around the cylinders were mashed and it appears it was seeping water. The cylinder walls look ok, except on the pto side...just a tad of orange, but it was smooth. Pistons look ok to.

You think i'll be alright, and can you replace those orings, or do i have to send the motor back or get them myself?
