I talked to Julie and she is sending me a return label.

My warranty is up at the end of august,so i would like to use it as long as i can, since the prime riding season is coming up.

She said i could use it as long as i get it back by the end of the warranty.

I appear to have a sealing problem between the cylinders and head, and i was just gonna throw in some new orings and goop some high heat slicone in there to get me by until i ship it back.

Can i do this, or will it void the warranty?

Cause i know it's a busy time for you guys and i probably won't see it back for awhile if i send it back right now

You have 30 days from the time of claim, and no I do not recommend running it further. Never use silicone on any engine part.

Well this sucks. Guess my riding season is over again..2 years in a row.

I don't blame sbt, things happen, but this still sucks.

I think i'll get a pontoon or something, less maintanance.

          Thanks tech support

Why no silicon tech support, there is no open water jackets or ports there? What possible harm could it cause if you put it on right

Iv'e never had a problem using it on cars.

Just my opinion. Thats what i used on my exhaust where it joins where the big a** clamp is, and it's not leaking yet.

                      Tech Support,

                      Yeah, i'm crying like a baby...LOL

Not sure if i can get the motor to you by the end of my warranty...but god i hope so.

Anyways.....rave valves, when you push down on them are they suppose to retract by themselves....cause when i snug the piston, it stays when i push it down. If i loosen the piston, it moves up and down freely.

so it's fine if i loosen it a bit, or it's fine that it don't retract by itself?

                          LOL...i'm such a smara** today, sorry :D

                                Tech support.

Not that it really matters, but them leaking orings, could that have caused an airleak between the 2 cylinders causing my carb tuning problems? Since i'm under 1 turn on the pto and about 2 on the mag.

                                just curious

                                Thanks
