Have a 93 XP and just found out that there is cracking and some apparent "bad" body work on the transon area where the drive bolts in. Missed it when I picked up the ski. Specifically right around the are where the bolts go into the hull. Cracked in small areas of 3 of the bolts. Seems sturdy, but... So, am I screwed or is there a reasonable fix?

Well, I would have a fiberglass shop take a look - if it's gone through, you definitely need to get it fixed. The pump can be pulled and it shouldn't be more than a few hundred if it's needed.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
