The only difference in any of them is the type and number of connectors on the wires. If it has a 6 pin connector, it fits all models after 1997.

would it be possible to splice this into my 96xp,they both have the same amount and colors of wires just the newer modules wires are shorter.

I have a new seadoo trim motor and module with a part#278-293-001 does anyone know what model this fits?

btw I tried it and it does work !!!!!!!!!!!!! for how long who knows
