oil consumption

I just bought a 2004 Seadoo Gti Rfi and just finished breaking it in. After 2 tankfuls of gas it has only used a small amount of oil only down about 1/2 inch. Is this normal. During break-in I also added oil to gas.

You need to get the oil pump adjustment checked. That doesn't sound like enough oil. Tell your dealer it not using enough oil and he should check it. It's part of the PDI (pre delivery inspection).

That model has a very long oil tank. 1/2 inch is quite a bit of oil. Sounds about right to me, but have the oil pump alignment marks checked to see that they are aligned.
