  • rebuilding an 800 myself

it's the last hurdle. if it scatters, i want it to be my fault.

i can get a crank here....

get my cylinders miked at the machinists'.... and get the correct size pistons and he an bore to fit them....

a full gasket kit, where do i get that, and does it come with seals?

    got my shop manual.

what did i leave out? don't hesitate ad anything you think i should do, or not do...

No problem doin it yourself, just make sure you do the recomended seadoo pressure testing, it cooling system, internal pressure and rotary chamber pressure.

It took me a while to get the cooling system sealed properly. But it has 8 hours on it with no hassles.

    Good luck.
