    Oil Warning Light

    I recently removed the oil pump and tank and switched to premix on my 96 GTI. How do I fix the low oil warning light from staying on ?

    Splice the sending wires together to show a full tank.

      why not just fill your tank sinse u still need oil in there?

          No oil tank present. Its gone. Have a 2 foot loop of clear hose connecting the two oil connections to the block. Easy to monitor the oil level.

          Thanks. I will connect the wires.

          BTW - new SBT engine is running GREAT !!!
