I'm just finishing my second 10 gallons of gas which was about 10 days ago. Yesturday I tried to start it and all I got were clicks. Battery is good. I tried to turn it by hand with the plugs out and it won't budge. Any suggestions before I call in and get my RGA number.

There are a couple things that can cause that, depending on the model - you didn't say what you have.
You may have something jammed in the pump, you may have something jammed in the rotary valve or possibly a stuck bendix/starter.
Try to move it back and forth, often if it's a stuck bendix it will retract once the gears un-mesh a bit.
Inspect your pump, remove it and disconnect the driveshaft if you need to - to isolate the problem to the engine side.
If you have a rotary valve, pull your intake off to verify nothing is damaged or jammed there.
It is extremely unlikely to have the engine lock up solid internally unless it's rusted.
